Gilbert, Amy D., 62, Mount Union, passed away tragically September 5, 2019 in a motor vehicle accident in Brandon, Mississippi. Born September 25, 1956, Huntingdon, daughter of the late Lawrence and Margaret (Dick) Wilson. Preceded in death by infant brother, Brian Wilson. She married Kenny J. Gilbert who died on September 9, 2019 as a result of the motor vehicle accident. Survived by children, James (Tara) Williams, Orlando, FL; Randy Wilson, Mount Union; Marquee (Lucas) Strait, McVeytown; Nicole Simparosa, Rehoboth Beach, DE; grandchildren, Simone, Selina “Leo”, Sasha, Kendra, James, Savannah, Alexis, Damyan, and Liam; great-granddaughter, Genna; and brother, Rick Wilson, Mount Union. Amy was a member of Allenport United Methodist church and a past member of A.B.A.T.E. She enjoyed canoeing and traveling on long rides. Friends and family will be received September 21, 2019 from 12-4 p.m. at County Line Inn Bar & Grill, 48 US-22, Mt. Union, PA 17066, with a memorial service at 1 p.m., Pastor Dave Miller, officiant. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Allenport United Methodist Church.
