Robert "Bob" E. Lytle, Sr.

Lytle, Robert “Bob” E. Sr., 74, Altoona, passed away April 12, 2019 at UPMC Altoona. Born August 8, 1944, Beccaria, son of the late Lester and Pearl (Lloyd) Lytle. Preceded in death by sister, Virginia Lytle. Survived by his loving wife, Barbara (Lysinger); children, Robert Lytle, Jr. and wife, Carla, Indio, CA; Lorraine Gaither and significant other, Louis Sherman, Las Vegas, NV; Lynn Royer and husband, Don, Lewistown; Gary and wife, Michelle, Cresson; Amy and David Mech, Syracuse, NY; sister, Doris Kuchenbrod, Johnstown; and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, brothers and sisters-in-law, and nieces and nephews. Bob retired from Norfolk Southern as a Foreman and was a member of the Altoona VFW Post 3. He enjoyed hunting and fishing, but most importantly he will be remembered for being a loving husband, father, and grandfather. A private service will be held at the convenience of the family.
