Lassak, Sophie “Sally” H., 95, Lilly, went home to be with the Lord on May 14, 2019. Born April 20, 1924, Lilly, daughter of the late Adam and Anna (Kustron) Panek. Preceded in death by her loving husband, Frank S. Lassak; daughter, Yvonne Conway; five sisters and three brothers. Survived by her children, Francis Lassak and wife, Pat, WA; Jeanie Davis, and Rodney Hale, Altoona; Jackie Lingafelt and husband, John, Lilly; Elaine Scanlon and husband, Winfield, VA; Sharon Ferguson and husband, Larry, KY; 14 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; and son-in-law, Bill Conway, Harrisburg. Friends will be received Friday, May 17 from 3-7 p.m., Kennedy-Anderson Funeral Home & Cremation Services. Funeral Mass will be celebrated Saturday, May 18 at 11 a.m., Our Lady of the Alleghenies Chapel, 5377 Portage St., Lilly, Fr. Kevin Queally, T.O.R., celebrant.
