Charles "Tom" Thomas Fields

Fields, Charles Thomas “Tom”, 72, Three Springs, passed away unexpectedly November 21, 2019 at home. Born July 13, 1947, Huntingdon, son of the late Charles Thoburn and Mary Catherine (Crum) Fields. Preceded in death by his loving wife, Norma Jean (Linn). Survived by his children, Mary Anne Sprout, MD; Kathy Clark and husband, Howard, Shirleysburg; Kelly McMullen and husband, David, Three Springs; five grandchildren, Nichole Camacho and husband, Rafael, Three Springs; Erica and James Sprout, MD; Marissa Boozel and Allyson McMullen, Three Springs; 6 great-grandchildren, Braelyn, Brantlyn, Rylee, Brooklyn, Korbyn and Paislee. Charles worked for Harbison Walker in Mount Union and as a corrections officer at Huntingdon County Prison and SCI Smithfield, where he retired in 2004. He was a member and former Worshipful Master of the Cromwell Masonic Lodge #572 and the NRA. Charles enjoyed working on his guns, hunting, talking on his ham radio, and spending time with his family and cats. At Charles’ request, services will be held privately. Interment will take place in Three Springs. Arrangements have been entrusted to Heath-Anderson Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 61 E.
